Shipping policy

We ship parcels on Monday to Friday – excluding holidays– and do our best to fulfill orders and ship out as soon as we can.  If we need to roast new batches for your order, it may take us up to 3 business days to ship out coffee. Orders with pre-order item(s) will be shipped together on the indicated pre-order date.

Shipping within Canada

Free shipping Canada wide on orders over $65 CAD. 

We use Canada Post and UPS for our shipping. Please contact us if you prefer your order to be shipped with a specific courier.

Typical transit times are as following:

AB 1 to 4 Business Days
BC & SK 2 to 5 Business Days
MB & ON 4 to 8 Business Days
QC  5 to 10 Business Days
Maritimes 6 to 14 Business Days
Yukon, NWT, and Nunavut 4 to 12 Business Days

Rural areas may experience longer shipping times. Express shipping is available at extra cost.

Note: We cannot be held responsible for unexpected delays with the courier companies. We will try our best to assist you if needed with any issues that may arise.

We deliver locally within 10km of Cafe Jindo, Monday through Friday.

If your address is a house, we will leave your order by your door and ring your door bell. Please let us know of any special instructions in the notes during check out.

If you live in an apartment building, condo, or other place with a special entrance, please leave us delivery instructions in the notes section of your order.

If you choose Free Local Delivery and the address you provided in not valid for our free delivery service, you will have the following options: 

  1. Provide a Calgary address within 10km of Cafe Jindo.
  2. Adjust your shipping method for the address on file at an additional cost (if below $65). 
  3. Add items to your order to qualify for Free Shipping. 

Shipping Discrepancies

We try our best to ensure your order arrives safely to you. If you experience issues or receive a damaged item in your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order, so we can rectify this for you as soon as possible. Any shipping issues due to improper information provided by the customer cannot be absorbed by our small business. If your order was stolen from your properly, we are not able to reship or absorb the loss. Any re-shipping fees required will be the responsibility of the buyer and are required to be settled before we ship the package again.

Note: If we do not receive a response within 1 week from when we send notification about your package, we will cancel your order and issue a refund. Initial shipping fees will be subtracted from refunded value.
