Melon Aurora

Finca La Aurora, located in the Matagalpa region, is a third-generation family-run coffee farm. Their Java coffee, grown under shade, comes from plants that are only three years old. It is processed using a washed method, highlighting its clarity and vibrancy. This coffee develops, among other things, aromas of honeydew, pear, and a delicate hint of yellow florals. To fully appreciate its flavors, try it as espresso, pourover, and as a French press.
