This is a natural Pacamara from Finca Dos Jefes, tasting of cherry, port, and brown sugar.

Pacamara is a cross between Pacas and Maragogipe, with exceptional cup quality at high altitudes. It is generally a compact plant with very large bean size, although the variety is not uniform and therefore is not stable from one generation to the next. It is often grown in El Salvador, where it frequently dominates Cup of Excellence competitions for high cup quality.

Origin: Chiriquí, Panama

Dee and Rich purchased the abandoned coffee farm in 2003, revitalizing the land and improving the quality of the coffee. Farm: Finca Dos Jefes

A small 2.7 hectare farm, coffee is farmed according to the phases of the moon and processed naturally under the sun on the slopes of Volcan Baru. The overriding philosophy and practices of the farm are predicated upon sustainability of the land as well as the people who live and work off of it.
