Pineberry Cider

This Sidra variety showcases a vibrant profile of sweet pineapple and mixed berries, anchored by the clarity and precision of a classic washed process. Led by producer Maria Rodriguez, this coffee represents a community-driven effort through the “Núcleo de Gestión de Palestina,” an association of neighboring farms dedicated to quality and innovation.

As the flagship Sidra offering from the group, this lot reflects close collaboration with InConexus (their green coffee vendor), focusing on advanced processing techniques and farm management. Following harvest, the coffee is depulped and undergoes a brief fermentation to preserve its clean, expressive character, then is slowly dried on rooftops for approximately 20 days.
